Condominiums El Encanto,  is located in Puerto Limon, Costa Rica, and is a project of Gideon Development Group SA Costa Rica. Gideon Development Group is lead by President, Edgar Robinson, who was born and raised in Puerto Limon, Costa Rica and migrated to the United States in 1982.  At age 28, he accomplished the American Dream and many major endeavors.

To date, he has led the completion of a 10 development projects in both the United States and Costa Rica. He has also led the management of over 25 rental units and is looking to expand operations in both countries.

The concept of  El Encanto Condominiums was born out of Edgar’s desire to see others like himself who have lived abroad, return home to a safe and comfortable life like the one they enjoyed living in the United States or abroad. In addition, with this project he wanted to be part of the continued growth and development of this Costa Rican community.

Downtown Puerto Limon is less than a 5 minute drive from El Encanto Condominiums and a 5 minute drive to a  popular beach call Playa Bonita. There are many other breath taking beaches in Puerto Limon and they are just between 40 to 60  minutes from home.

The Sunday morning worship experience can be sustained at the local english speaking First Baptist Church that Edgar attended and is less than 5 minutes away from Condominiums El Encanto.

Within the same 5 minute drive you can visit Puerto Limons center with its restaurants, shopping centers, parks, hotels, educational institutions, police station, sports stadium, banks, marketplace, hospital and medical centers, and its international cruise ship terminals among others.
